Andrew Boeddeker

Founder & CEO

Andrew is the visionary behind the platform. For him, it’s more than just a map app—it’s about building the first fly angler community within a mobile app, making fishing affordable, accessible, and education-focused. When not spending time with his three daughters, he’s working or enjoying the outdoors, often sneaking off to fish Driftless streams.

Christian Bacasa

Chief of Sales & Marketing

Christian is an avid angler and leader of our marketing team, bringing his strong background from companies like Oracle. A Utah native, he fishes all over the west and is a true multi-species angler. He enjoys time on the water with his two daughters and leads our marketing efforts with passion and expertise.

Colden Kearns

Social Media

Colden is an avid angler and slays it on the water. Though young, he is serious about catching fish. He fits right in to the team as he places high importance on protecting these fish and these amazing fisheries above everything else.

Quincy Milton

Lead Conservationist

Quincy Milton holds an MS in Biology and leads our conservation efforts. Raised in Washington, he’s fished the NW mountains and now resides in New England, focusing on saltwater species. He writes about fly fishing and conservation, helping to guide and educate other anglers in the sport.

Devin Davenport

Social Media & Map Curation

Devin is a passionate angler from East Tennessee, fishing the Smokies and chasing wild brookies. He’s jumped in to help the team build the best app possible, bringing his local knowledge and love of native species to our mission and community goals.

Quincy Whittaker

UI/UX Designer

Quincy assists with designs within the app and various app graphics. His work ensures that users have seamless, intuitive experiences, enhancing both the product’s usability and accessibility for anglers of all levels.

Theo is a passionate fly fisherman who loves chasing wild trout across the Northeast. His deep enthusiasm for the sport drives him to share his passion with others, making him a perfect fit for our team.

Malcolm Meyer

Geospatial & Backend Engineer

Malcolm is a geospatial expert with extensive experience in open-source projects. He develops our core map functionality and data infrastructure, collaborating closely with Andrew on curating map data. His work ensures the app’s data is accurate, comprehensive, and valuable to users.

Naseer Aziz

Senior Mobile Engineer

Naseer is a senior mobile engineer and a valuable member of the FlyFishFinder team. He brings a wealth of front end and back end experience specifically in mobile code and solid user experiences.
